We provide digital services including web development, mobile app development, SEO, AI solutions, CRM/ERP development, and related digital services as described on our website.
Project-based work typically requires 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Specific payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Subscription plans are billed monthly.
We offer a 30% refundable prepayment. The prepayment covers the initial discovery and design phase. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project kickoff.
Upon full payment, all custom work product becomes the property of the client. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
